A surf club for the community of Fairy Meadow
Our Nipper program is for kids aged 5-15 years. We offer a fun and ‘no pressure’ environment for kids to learn surf awareness and beach safety. As they progress through the age groups they will begin to develop surf skills from wading close to shore righ through to ocean swimming and board paddling.

Our Fairy Meadow Nipper program runs each week during the summer months with a short break over the Christmas period. Each week the kids take part in a variety of activities designed to develop their skills, confidence and surf awareness. Our Nipper program is pressure free – Nippers are encouraged to take part in all activities but are never forced to do anything they aren’t comfortable with. Our team are their to work with the kids to help them build confidence and challenge themselves but at the end of the day our main focus is having fun!
As our Nippers move through the age groups they will be given the opportunity to complete their Surf Rescue Certificate. This course provides the kids with the foundational knowledge and skills required to become Surf Lifesavers and prepares them for completing their Bronze Medallion from age 15.
